From Washington Street (downtown Hagerstown):
Turn left onto Eastern Boulevard. Travel past the fire stations and turn right onto Professional Court. Proceed to the end of the court. Broadmore Assisted Living at Hagerstown is on the right, next to the Wheat First Building.

From Northern Avenue:
Follow Northern Avenue past the long Meadow Shopping Center. It turns into Eastern Boulevard North. Travel past Jefferson Boulevard. Turn left onto Professional Court. Proceed to the end of the court. Broadmore Assisted Living at Hagerstown is on the right, next to the Wheat First Building.
